Hi! Is it possible to map custom fields to existing records?


For example: In meetings designer view, I will add a new "tag cloud" custom field called "Person responsible". Currently, we can manually assign values for that field. But is it possible to just fetch record from existing users or contacts similar to the attendees field?


Also in meeting, in case I want to have multiple opportunities (which is really possible to have it in one meeting) or add multiple projects, where can I configure this? I wonder why not all fields are visible in the designer. I was looking for solutions for almost a week now but can't get any solution.

Just to confirm, you are trying to do a user lookup field as an extra field in meetings?  This would require a little bit of custom work but could be done and could also be completed upgrade safe.
