Login Page Does Nothing

I have Nexcess web hosting, Ldap, and the IMap extension are not installed. Apache version is unknown.

I've installed with, and without the demo data and get the same results.

Once I get to the login page everything looks normal I type super as the user and I am at this url.

/zurmo/app/index.php/zurmo/default/login

Then I hit sign in and get.

/zurmo/app/index.php/zurmo/default/login#

No errors, nothing. What am I doing wrong?
