Starting with the release 3.2.0, Zurmo is now fully compatible with PHP 7. As you all know PHP 7 brings significant performance improvements.

The old MySQL PHP extension was removed and replaced by MySQLi extension. Zurmo stays fully compatible with PHP 5.

Is the 3.2.0 version matching the roadmap's features?

http://zurmo.org/roadmap

If yes, the full list of improvements should be these:

  • Performance improvements
  • PHP7 compatibility
  • Support for Yii 1.1.7 framework
  • Improved campaign email handling
  • Improved attachment handling

Where is the best place to go to be kept up to date with Zurmo, I really like the package, however I'm always worried that community development will stop one day. The forums are pretty quiet these days, Is there somewhere else you guys Discuss and update?

Many of my topics was locked from the administrator checking (for weeks and weeks) so I then I was not able to receive answers to my topics too, at the ended I felt forced to move on sugarcrm.

I am surprised that this answer instead is immediately published now.

I'm not saying that Gravity4 is starting to get shaky, but integrating so many different platforms, executing on time, and having smooth rollouts is a MASSIVE job.  I've requested a demo account several times and the request form didn't work.  Finally was able to submit a support ticket requesting a demo, so  we'll see.
