Just wondering if this is on the roadmap and if so a "tentative" release date?

We have been thinking more and more about inbound email. In our next release due out in the next few days, we have already completed email boxes and messaging, so you can send outbound email notifications via the command line and the code. The next step there is to offer the ability to send messages outbound from the user interface and add email archiving capabilities to show emails historically as well.
Regarding inbound, I am thinking we could add support for IMAP but avoid POP3 to keep it simple and easier to support. It would be helpful if you could explain more of your use-case around inbound e-mail. I would like to make sure we design this correctly.

Actually, just having everything in 1 location makes sense.
Something fancy would be having template emails were answers and customer data could be scraped would increase employee usage.
Gamificarion is cute but "lazy loading" will allow employees the ability to keep copy/paste in 1 app.
