Hi Fellow Translators,

The Test Driven approach in Zurmo ensures that the quality of the code and the Zurmo application is really high. This also applies to the translations of Zurmo, where messages files are checked on their validity and missing translations. Just have a look at the Messages Check Output Sections of the Continuous Integration page.

One of the checks Zurmo now performs is, identifying which messages have not been translated yet based on the assumption that if the translated message is the same as the original message it is not translated. However, you might think, what if my translation is the same as the original?

For that you need to add a special comment ("// Same Word Translated") in your messages file next to the translated message, so Zurmo will skip this in it's message check.

For example:

=> 'APC', // Same Word Translated

will ensure this translation is not picked up in the validation by Zurmo.

Happy translating!
