Hi,

Before the installation itself, normally you have the 'System Check' part.

Please check also the 'Failed Optional Services' and try to resolve.

In runtime/application.log do you have anything else logged?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I'm getting this error:

Memcache extension is not installed.
Minimum version required: 2.2.0

But I'm sure we have already installed Memcached in our server.

In the application.log file, I don't see anything else.

Can you please tell me how I can only install the database for zurmo, as I have a working copy on localhost I thought it would be easy to upload that working copy on live server and then import the local database on live. I did this but when I imported local zurmo.sql on live it gives me error table.proc corrupted, I think MySQL version issue. So I wish I can only install zurmo database on live server.

Thanks

Hi,

One thing is if the memcached daemon is installed. And another is if the PHP extensions memcache and/or memcached are installed.

You need the memcached daemon installed so the actual cache system is running. On top of that PHP needs to access it and you need either PHP memcache (if using PHP 5) or PHP memcached (if using PHP 7).

But normally even if you disable memcache in protected/config/debug.php, zurmo should work. It's not because of the caching system that you have an error.

I think your issue lies in the fact that you tried to use your local zurmo database on the server. You should better do a clean installation on the server.
