During installation, after installing/enabling LDAP and restarting httpd, this line goes from "LDAP Is Not Installed" to "LDAP is Installed" but it still says it's failed.

phpinfo(); shows all the pertinent info letting me know LDAP is in fact installed.

We're not using LDAP, but this might be a problem.

Also, there is still an issue with how the installer is creating the Zurmo user and then attempting to SELECT VERSION(). It could be my MySQL configuration but Zurmo is attempting to connect via the @localhost account but there is only a @% account on the server. The pre-install check fails for MySQL until I create a zurmo@localhost user with the right permissions.

As a matter of practice, isn't creating MySQL users with wildcard hosts a big-time no-no (I can think of a few #mysql lurkers who are shouting right now)? Shouldn't this be localhost by default anyway?

Great news!
What can we do in the meantime? :)

Same as above, installation process stuck at LDAP. I get the message LDAP installed with FAIL.

I can't find an answer anywhere.

Trying to install on Centos 6, running WHM
I can start & stop slapd from the command line, what's missing?

Thanks for your help!

2.2 should be available in a few days. I would recommend waiting.
