Hello ;

I use Zurmo 2.0.22, PHP 5.3.8 and MySQL 5.5.16
I created several opportunities, and deleted one of them.

Now in 'opportunity' table I have 3 opportunities, with Id 4,5 and 6 and Amount_curencyvalue_id are respectively 4,5,and 6.

in 'currencyvalue' table I find 3 lines with Id 4,5 and 6 and value 300, 2000 and 6000.

For the moment everything is Ok.

But now some users can't access to opportunities menu, they have a message :

-------
Il y a une erreur. Veuillez cliquer. ici pour continuer à l'accueil. Veuillez contacter votre administrateur système si l'erreur continue.
The reference id for this error is d488c5aeec0347cdb811b8fb6c20daf3.
-------
and in the opportunity portlet some users (depending to their rule / group membership) see opportunities for 6300€ (6000+300) and opportunities for 4000€ (the opportunity with Id 5 and the deleted opportunity)zurmo.PNG

Normally I should have 2000€ and 6300€
I don't know if it's very clear. Is there a way to check the database consistency or to remove parts of this opportunity not totally deleted ?

Regards

Hi;

thank's for your answers, but it's difficult I can't replicate in my own environment !

I think the ploblem is that an oportunity isn't fully deleted ...
Thank's again for this good CRM and for the availability on the forum

Regards
