Lead Conversion - Does not convert

Application Info > This is version 0.6.71 (4ac904c62cc6) of Zurmo

Repo Steps:

Lead Detail View > Options > Convert > Complete Conversion
App behavior is that it stays on the conversion screen.

Reproduced in IE & FF

When you try converting, are you leaving it in the 'create account' view? Also is this a new lead you created or a demo data lead?

[A] By default it places the name of the company from the lead record in "Select Account" view. However, I can confirm that neither create account, or select account view are able to complete the conversion. On click "Complete Conversion" nothing happens.

I see the problem. Turned out the max length for phone in Contacts and Accounts is different. Will fix for next release.

It appears this bug was not fixed with the new release. Is it possible to reschedule it?

It appears this bug was not fixed with the new release. Is it possible to reschedule it?

Are you upgrading from the old release? If so, do you have a row for Account in globalmetadata table? You will need to modify either the Account row or Contact row to change the rules to max length 20. Then do ?clearCache=1 in the URL to fix

I tried your suggestions. However, it doesn't seem to work. When I click on "Complete Conversion", the loading sign appears but the step does not continue.

I changed the following values in the table and set them to 20 where it was 64:

Did you clear cache? You do this by going to index.php/home/default?clearCache=1
