Will it be possible to add folder, so my team can access pdf presentation, or marketing materials?

What we have been thinking about is using dropbox (dropbox.com). So you could make a folder in dropbox called for example ABC Company. Then any files in there would automatically show up in a list against the account abc company. What do you think about that idea?

Fantastic idea. Keeps document storage in an application that does it extremely well. Smart integration approach.

I personally would prefer local storage or globally definable (local or external) repository. I know many companies prefer to keep documents internal.
