Not a major problem for us as I enforce the use of Firefox, but I have noticed in IE9 the input boxes are not styled correctly.
Also, a problem cross-browser appears with the "+" buttons, the z-index is higher than some elements that overlap these buttons.
UI not IE friendly.

We know there are some issues with IE. Currently we are only supported Chrome and Firefox. With limited resources we are choosing to make much needed features over IE support. Not a major problem for us as I enforce the use of Firefox, but I have noticed in IE9 the input boxes are not styled correctly.

I agree, IE is indeed a pain in the *** when it comes to standards, but many businesses are limited to IE as a browser so it should have reasonable priorty.
The style sheets only need minor tweeks stripping back to basics for IE, otherwise it seems to be useable.
