Changing owner or rights/permissions - "Owner cannot be blank"

When going to an account, or something previously created. If you decide to change ownership or just enable it for global read/write it comes up with "Owner cannot be blank" regardless of it being populated.

Changed user 'super' to 'superman' and it's resolved the issue. I set previously the username min length requirement to 6 chars which super is not.

Interesting bug. The minimum 6 characters thing explains it. Not very obvious though. I am wondering what we should add to the UI if anything to help users. What do you think we should do?

The only solution I can think of is to apply the min chars rule to all future changes and ignore previous value lengths, for passwords you could force new passwords at next login for those who do not meet this criteria.
