First of all Thank you for providing such a great tool.

I would like to see all users upcoming appointments. doing this will help our sales team schedule their week accordingly for the online demos. Please let me know if i can do this by editing My upcoming Appointments or do I need to create new portlet for it.

You would have to create a new portlet. If you do, please consider sharing back as we could add this into the app going forward as an available portlet.
