I've had no success importing accounts. I keep getting an error stating, "A file must be uploaded in order to continue the import process."
I've chosen the file I want to upload. I don't see an explicit upload button so I click next. Then I get the error message. Any ideas?

I see where you are getting the error. You need to click on the yellow area in the screenshot below in order to browse your computer and upload the file. It is a little tricky because your cursor may not appear clickable so you probably did not know you needed to click there. That is something we may need to improve in the UI so that it is more obvious.

Yuck! You should check out the php error log on the box, you can ask dotblock too for help on that, because it should show what the specific error that is causing it. then you can send that over here on the forums.Okay, /etc/my.cnf was set to 20. Changed that to 25M and now the file uploads.
Problem 1 solved, but now after the uploads I get, "internal server error"
