Hi Serge,Welcome Serge.
Ray will contact you soon, with information how you can help us.
My name is Sacha and I am a contributor to the Zurmo project and focusing on translations at the moment. We are pleased to hear that you want to help with the Russian translation. There is a repository available for translating Zurmo into the Russian language, which you can find here: http://hg.zurmo.org/messages-ru/
I have created a default structure for all the message files, to this repository which makes it easy for you to start and you don't have to figure it out yourself and thus only focusing on the translation itself. If you could let me know what your bitbucket username is, I will add you to the repository so you can start translating.
Cheers! Sacha

I'm jeff, a PHP web developer living in Belgium.
I have a java/php background and very interested in open source projects.
I really liked the technologies used to build Zurmo and all the good practices (test driven, unit test, selenium, ...). It's a good opportunity for me to extend my skills and also contribute to the project.
I'm speaking french, so I can help to contribute to translate the UI.
I also have some CRM knowledge but my goal is to focus on mobile application development based on HTML5 and REST API.
Feel free to contact me.
Regards

We developed REST API for Zurmo(currently only support JSON format, we plan to add support for XML format too), and we will publish REST API articles in next few days(they are written, but currently in review process), so we will inform you as soon as we publish those articles.
Here is list of published API articles:

Welcome to the Zurmo world!
Thank you for wanting to help with translating Zurmo into Swedish. I myself am a Zurmo contributor working on the language infrastructure and translator of the Dutch piece of Zurmo.
First, we can have a messages repository created for you for the Swedish language, which will be named "messages-sv". We can prepare that for you so you can start translating right away!
Before you start, I would recommend - if haven't done already - to have all the developer tools in place and have a Zurmo working repository installed on your system. Have a look at these pages:
http://zurmo.org/tut...i-install-zurmo
http://zurmo.org/wik...for-development
http://zurmo.org/wik...-for-production
At the moment there is not yet a detailed translator instruction, but that is something I am working on.
Just let us know if you would like us to create a repository for you, so you can start.
Cheers! Sacha

Yes, it would be great if you setup a repository "messages-sv". That will be on bitbucket, right?
I'm currently only running the production server,
but I will go through the links you posted and install the complete development setup.
Looking forward to start contributing to Zurmo. The project really looks promising.
Thanks
/Jens

Hi Jens,Ok I added you with 'write' access to the repository. Happy translating!
The https://bitbucket.or...rmo/messages-sv is ready with a skeleton structure. All the files are based on the 0.6.6 messages and are all in English. Just a matter now of changing/translating them into Swedish!
Enjoy! Sacha
