Steps to reproduce:

1) Select an account
2) In the "notes" section, enter a long note (2-3 paragraphs). Save note.
3) The "latest activity" for the account will then display the note. Click on the note text to view it

The note "header" isn't shortened in any way, and therefore the full text overflows the top bar and obscures the content.
