Hi,
I've searched in forum regarding this, but I haven't find any posts.
Basically we need this scenario : if there's a new lead/contact/account/opportunity, then all the users will get email notification, and also if there's update on that lead/contact/account/opportunity such as : new note, add contact, add opportunity, etc, then Zurmo could send notification for this.
Can someone show me the way how to do it? A hint would be OK.

Hello,
What you are asking for will be fulfilled once we develop the workflow engine. It will allow you to send automated email notifications upon certain criteria you specify (such as when a new account, contact, or opportunity is created/updated).
