1. My List Configuration View - for Meetings
When you login as an Admin, go to the Admin area
Click on Designer. Then you can select Meetings as an available module. You can make some changes to the layout, fields, and general settings
2. Adding new portlet that include Meetings
We discovered a bug that does not allow you to add "My Upcoming Meetings" as a portlet: https://www.pivotalt...tories/36853705
3. Adding new portlet that include Task
Click "Add Portlet"
Select "My Open Tasks"

1. There are 3 options: 1. list view. 2. detail view. 3. edit view. These are all 3 views for everything in the CRM. There is really no option to create a 4th view. What do you mean by "My List Configuration View"? If you need to modify the My Upcoming Meetings portlet, then you would likely need to do code level customizations.
2. We found a bug in the code that does not allow you to add "My Upcoming Meetings". We will fix that in an upcoming release
3. You are very welcome
