Hello,

I have created report on opportunity with following fields.

Module               - Opportunity

Filter                   - Owner  (Available at run time - true)

Grouping            - Stage

Columns             - Stage, Count and Amount-(Sum)

Drill Down           - Name, Stage, Owner and Amount

Select Ordering  - Stage

Chart                  - 3D Vertical Bar Graph ( First Series - stage and First Range - Amount-(sum)

And fill General Information.

When creating a report for opportunities filtered by Owner having drilldown columns, the drilldown data does not match the filter.

This  occurs when you make the Owner selection available at runtime, and then run the report, then change the Owner and apply. The report refreshes and the chart changes, but drilldowns still show the original Owner Data.

Thank you for bringing this up. Can you replicate this on the Live Demo: http://demo.zurmo.co...o/default/login

Hello Ray,

We also ran into this issue in reports where we use Ad-hock filetrs or filters defined during run time. I tested this on the Live Demo and ran into the same issue. Please see the attached Screen Shots.

This first one is the report when you run it on the predefined selection for the filter wich in this case is an oportunity report showing oportunities per stage per month with the adhock filter Stage preset to Closed Won:

In this second Screen Shot you can see the report results after changoing the stage to Negotiating. Note that the table totals do change but the drilldown in the report still shows the CLosed Won results.

Please advise when this will be fixed as this is a key funtionality in reports.

Can you tell me exactly how you created this report? I assume it was a summation report on Opportunities? Give me the Filters, Groupings, Columns, Drill Down, Ordering, and Chart. Once I can replicate, I can pass along to our dev team to fix.

This is not the definition I gave to the screenshots you saw in my previous post, but the issue presents itself in any report with a drill down defined and a filter available during runtime. Here is an other report I defined and tested on the Live Demo that also presents this issue.

Type                   - Summation

Module               - Opportunity

Filter                   - Stage >>Equals>>Closed Won>>Available at Run Time

Grouping            - Created Date Time-(month)

Columns             - Count, Amount (Sum), Created Date Time (Month)

Drill Down           - Name, Owner, Amount, Close Date

Select Ordering  -

Chart                  - 2D Horizontal Bar Graph ( First Series - Created Date Time (Month) - Amount-(sum)
