Custom group error

I created a new group and set it up as parent East group. When I try to edit Module Permissions I have a the error found in attachment. I'm using Firefox 15.0.1

We are having a difficult time replicating this error. Can you do the same thing on the Live Demo on our website: http://dev2.zurmo.co...e/default/index

If you can replicate the issue, can you provide step by step instructions on how you did it?
