update owner workflow accounts opportunities

Hi all,

Im wanting to create a workflow that does the following:

An opportunity is created in an area managed by USERA

USERA creates an opportunity

There is already an account and USERA assigns the account to the opportunity.

USERA later no longer is the manager for that area and needs to change the owner of the opportunity to the new manager for an area. 

USERA changes the owner of the opportunity to USERB.

On Save USERB Gets notified and the opportunity owner changes and the account and contact owners are updated to be owned by USERB.

 

Does this make sense?

The only options on the workflow are to update the record or related with the user who triggered, last modified or created the record or you specify a user. 

 

This would also be good on leads/contacts and accounts.
