Hello, everyone.

I have a simple problem. I have imported some tasks and i would like to delete them.I cant delete them one by one because of the number.

Is there a way to bulk delete activities, notes meetings or tasks?

I am afraid to do it from the database. But if I have to, can you tell me what could be the correct mysql query to properly delete all tasks?

Any help is welcome?

I am struggling to migrate to zurmo and if not able to do it right I ll have to find other opensource solutions and I dont want to.

thank you everyone.

P.S.

if anyone's Greek in the forum I  wrote a 30 page  user and admin manual with screenshots and everything in  Greek based on real use scenarios from our company's 3 months zurmo experience  .

Do you have some time on Tuesday to discuss this? We have Developer Sessions every Tuesday at 10:00AM Chicago Time (http://zurmo.org/for...arning-session/). You can always join an upcoming session and ask any questions to our technical team.

I believe that this is the correct all task delete query.

DELETE `task`, `activity`,`ownedsecurableitem`,`activity_item`,`item`,`securableitem`,`task_read`
FROM `task`
LEFT JOIN `activity` ON `task`.`activity_id` = `activity`.`id`
LEFT JOIN `ownedsecurableitem` ON `activity`.`ownedsecurableitem_id`
=`ownedsecurableitem`.`id`
LEFT JOIN `activity_item` ON `activity`.`id` = `activity_item`.`id`
LEFT JOIN `item` ON  `activity_item`.`item_id` = `item`.`id`
LEFT JOIN `securableitem` ON  `securableitem`.`item_id` = `item`.`id`
LEFT JOIN `task_read` ON `task_read`.`securableitem_id`= `ownedsecurableitem`.`securableitem_id`

I will attend to the developer session to get reassurance .

Thank you very much.
