Automatic task creation on project creation

Good morning,

 

First of all I would like to congratulate you for this amazing piece of software! I'm planning to use it in my company and possibly integrate it with our existing systems.

 

Now, I would like to have some "project templates" in Zurmo, so that when a project with a specific name or containing a specific keyword is created, a list of default project tasks is automatically created and added to the project.

 

Can you please advise on how to do this? I've accesses your live demo, then I've tried on-save workflows on Project, with Name containing "TEST", and Create -> Task as action, but I can never get the task created automatically.

Hi,

 

Since 2.6.3 you can now clone projects, so, i think the best way is to create a project with all the task you need and clone that project to start a new one.
