Superb platform!

I have a couple of things, but one of the small but slightly annoying ones is the limited use of profile pictures.

As I see it (I can easily be wrong) there are only gravatar-picture options.

This is would really like to see expanded with the following options:

• Upload a picture. This seems simple, but really would be a solid improvement. Must have, imo.
• Link to Linked-In account (including picture) and/or facebook account. This would be excellent for other 'research-purposes', but at least the image would be nice to have.

For the 2nd option of LinkedIn/Facebook account-linking, it would of course also be excellent to have last know title, etc., but that's outside the scope of the current feature request

Did I miss it somewhere, or is it currently not implemented?

Good point about profile pictures. Right now, Gravatar is the only way to upload a pic. For phase 1, we wanted to keep things as simple as possible. Gravatar does a great job of handling this function. Now does everyone use Gravatar? No. Would it be nice to just be able to upload an ad hoc profile pic? Yes. This is a solid Feature Request and I'll bring it up to my team.

Can you give me some more details on the LinkedIn/Facebook account-linking? Is that for Users or Accounts and Contacts? We plan on adding some SocialCRM capabilities and integrations with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn are very likely. If you have some use case examples, your input can help us make sure we design it with the right capabilities.

We will continue to use Gravatar and do not have any immediate plans for uploading pics.
