Hi

I have implemented Zurmo in a school and ideally, I would like it to send a Thank You email to everyone visiting our school for information (i.e. Leads). Subsequently Welcome emails will be sent to every Lead which is converted to Contact.

Can anyone give me a step-by-step tutorial. Even a few words guiding me to the correct trail will be appreciated.

Regards

Bilal

Thanks, I was being a noob :)

Another super-noob question. (I ran all the jobs and email was delivered). Which job do I really need to run for this to function?

I think ProcessOutboundMail is the one you need .
It may be easier if you set a cron job up and you don't have to worry about it then.

There are workflow crons that need to be run as well since the mail will be sent via a workflow. WorkflowMessageInQueue at the very least.

What if one of the receivers sends me a reply? Will I receive it in Zurmo? (Do we have to configure incoming email?)

You can receive a reply to your email program, such as outlook or thunderbird. There is no functionality in Zurmo to receive emails. This might look as a big negative side of this CRM, however, if you use email archiving function you can live with that.
