After import accounts no edit possible for everyone

I've imported a few accounts by super user.
Every new account I can edit by super user.
The group everyone is for every user in the application active.

When I logged in as user and want to edit the new accounts it is impossible !

 

Only when the account is connected by the (user) owner, the user can edit the account.

Is this a bug .. or is this a problem with the (standard) rights.

 

In th epicture you can see that the user should have enough rights tot edit (everyone)

I've tested this option in de demo (online) version but their I see not the same problem !
Is this a source difference or other ?
