Hi,

 

my boss asked me to create a leads marketplace for our sales team. An account manager should be able to buy a lead, he invests in the lead.

 

How can i realize this within Zumo?

+1. Very interesting.  First step. Define the Scope of work. What is in and what is out. You need to be very specific. Next, you need to derive specific business/functional requirements. You have already mentioned one requirement, "an account manager should be able to buy a lead", but you need to flesh that out.. From who?, Are there time constraints? what happens if two account managers try to buy the same lead? Is it an auction? How does he pay? Who does he pay? How much? Are some leads more valuable than others? How do you propose to transfer 'ownership',  etc..  IMHO, you need to spend some quality time up front with your boss and other stakeholders to get good requirements, otherwise you might not be happy with the (lack of) response you get here on the forum.
