Hello community,

I know that this issue has be discussed in many other post. But  in my case I've being using Zurmo for a while without any issues. Now this afternoon I just got the above error when I was trying to access the Zurmo script. Please keep in mind that the app has been working for a while, no any modification, upgrades, design modules or anything-else done on this installation for a while. I had stop Memcached deamon and clear browser cache as suggested in other post, but still not resolution.

If someone can give me a hint, I will appreciated.

Thanks,

Have you tried to clear the application's cache? It can't find a class so maybe the apps cache is stale? Let us know how it goes.

I stopped Memcahed on the server, Now when attempt to clear application cache with   http://misite.com/ap...hp?clearCache=1     it really doesn't do anything..  Its there is any different way to clear cache on the app, perhaps erasing some temp files on the backed??

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Try to enable debugging in the conf files to see what's going on. Not doing anything certainly isn't good. Checking application.log could give some pointers as to where the problem arises.

Admin,

Thanks for your assistance, I finally fixed. it turned out to be file permissions, I had to change them to 777

here is the list:

  • app/protected/config/debug.php (may not exist)
  • app/version.php
  • app/protected/config/perInstance.php
  • app/assets/
  • app/protected/data/
  • app/protected/runtime/

Thanks, Again!

Ps: Any word regarding update script to 3.0?

Glad it's fixed. Not heard anything yet... seems to take longer than expected.
