Any explanation why there is no localized schema file for relations?

With RedBeanPHP you don't need a schema file. Zurmo will automatically build and update the database schema as needed based on the metadata definitions in the various models.

Can you explain about metadata? And how can I see the whole picture if this are defined in code among lots of files?

The best place to start is by looking at the RedBeanModelTest in zurmoinc/framework/tests/unit. You can see a variety of different tests that will help you understand how the metadata works. I also will be adding a wiki entry or tutorial shortly on the metadata.
