What are the correct settings for successfully importing exported results into OpenOffice.

Hopefully your answer should take the form of the following.

Character set:
Language:
From row:
Separated by
   Tab:
   Comma:
   Other:
   Semicolon
   Space:
   Merge delimiters:
   Text delimiter:
Ouoted field as text:
Detect special numbers:

I would like to point out that the CSV export does not place a coma between all columns sometimes it uses a new line character. Therefore many programs will have trouble importing the data.

Hello,

I am not really familiar with OpenOffice, but based on your screenshot, the following options should work:

Character set:  UTF-8
Language: English
From row: 2 (I assume you do not want to import the headers, so 2 is the 1st row of data)
Separated by: Comma
Text delimiter:  "

Hope this helps.
