First off let me say that Zurmo looks AMAZING! I have been playing around with it and really love the software and capabilities it offers. I'm tasked with looking for a new CRM solution for our company and Zurmo so far takes the cake.


The only thing that is "weird" to me is not being able to add appointments in the calendar view. We have support staff that is in charge of scheduling appointments for our sales team and have to be able to coordinate meeting rooms and even add two sales team to the same appointment. For example (we do financial planning) we would have the CPA and Social Security planner sit in the same appointment to discuss taxes and income planning. 


What are your thoughts in scheduling meetings from the calendar, also being able to view two or more calendars at the same time?
