Email Campaign Analytics

Hi all. I have searched and haven't found anything yet, but if you do know of the solution to the following issue, please point me to the post.


The issue we are having is that the email campaign analytics don't show if the email has been "opened" until it has also had a click. Also, it does show "Opened" if I view the "sent" email through the system.


We are using the Open Source 2.7.2 version of Zurmo and have Google Apps for Business.
