No, I haven't yet, RedneckBob. Everything is SO good about Zurmo but now we can't even use it. Beyond bummed.




#16017 "Marketing > Templates > Send Test Email" not working

Our SMTP settings (and inbound IMAP, too) all work correctly after testing yet when I we go to "Marketing > Templates > Send Test Email" nothing happens and the test email is never sent. The modal popup just hangs with the progres wheel turning. The jobLogs also show no errors ("success" on all) and all the crons on our server look like they're working OK. When I go to Job Manager and run the logs there, too, they all look OK.

 

What other settings should we look at in order to make sure everything is matching up OK, relative to Zurmo's way of reading code and making sure things match? Does the super user's info have to match a certain strict criteria?

 

We're running Zurmo 3.0, shared hosting on HostGator, and only have one User in Zurmo with all privileges. This is kind of a (big) emergency, so it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help with this soon :)
