Inbound email Job Stuck Help

Thank you in advanced for your help!


I'm currently using the latest stable version of Zurmo. The Inbound Email Job is not completing and it's just stuck. I have click the blue Reset button many times when available, but it always get stuck at the next run.


I have run ./zurmoc resetStuckJobs SuperUser All


Get this results:

Reset all jobs.
The job EmailArchiving has been reset.
However, at next run, same issue happen.
What could be the next option to correct this issue?

Opportunities Removal

First I will say so far I love the application. I was able bring almost al the data from a previous CRM we were using.


Now I been playng around with the system, and I can see to find the process to remove an opportunity once is Win/Lost. I see you can delete them from the board, but I wasn't sure if there is a better way. I was looking maybe to do a cron job that take care of that once a month or something.


Any help or at least pointing me to the right direction it will highly appreciated.
