Hello Rafael,

I could reproduce the issue when sending a test email and have logged a bug about this. I personally could not reproduce the issue with an email to the lead/contact, but our tech team is working on fixing the bug, which should hopefully resolve both issues. You can track it here

Hi Rafael,

What version are you currently using? Is this occurring for actual emails that you are trying to send to a lead or contact, or just with the Test emails, or both?

Once again, these are great suggestions.  I would agree with #1 that one type of each option would be simpler. For #2, maybe an option to choose 'account address', or maybe an admin setting that auto sets the contact address to be the same as the account address based on desired use case. We will keep these in mind as we further develop the application and see what makes sense.

Hi Sibo,

Currently, the only export option from the list view is to a csv document, and from there, you can print out the list. An alternative would be to expand the search results in the list view and then print the list view from your browser window.

If you look at the roadmap, you will see that we are working on a mobile version, which would allow your user to view the list on their mobile phone while on the road, so they wouldn't even have to bring a printout. Also slated on the roadmap is Reporting, though I am not yet aware of the formats for the export/print capabilities. So keep a lookout for these in the coming months.
