Groups, Module Rights, Deny prevents user login

15 October 2013 - 06:26 PM

When you set "Access Dashboards" to Deny, the user can not login to Zurmo.

The following error is shown.

An error has occurred. Please click here to continue to the home page. If the error persists please contact your administrator.
Argument 2 passed to ZurmoDefaultViewUtil::makeStandardViewForCurrentUser() must be an instance of View, null given, called in ../app/protected/modules/home/controllers/DefaultController.php on line 109 and defined

Groups, Module Rights, Deny doesn't prevent access

15 October 2013 - 06:14 PM

Currently when you set "Access Emails Tab" to Deny, the user can still access the Inbox.

Hide Inbox

08 October 2013 - 02:43 PM

version 2.2.3 of Zurmo

How do I hide the Inbox on the menu?

I have a group of users that should only have view access to the Accounts info.

I have setup a Group in Zurmo, and denied access to everything except the Accounts tab, and yet the Inbox still shows.

It would also be nice if I could set the Accounts tab as their default when they login and remove Home and the Dashboard as well.

Email SMTP Configuration

21 August 2013 - 05:06 PM

Zurmo 2.0.11
I'm attempting to setup the Email Configuration, but having no luck.
First I tried it with an Exchange server, but when testing, the progress indicator simply spins forever.

The application.log shows the following.

2013/08/21 12:55:03 [error] [php] assert(): Assertion "is_string($from["address"])" failed (/var/www/dbg_crm/app/protected/modules/emailMessages/utils/EmailMessageHelper.php:124)

When I test the credentials on the demo site, I receive the following error.

Message failed to send
Error Code: 0
Error Message: Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "noreply@dbgym.com" using 0 possible authenticators

Then I tested it with a GMail account, and received the exact same results.

Any ideas?

Upgrade from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13

19 August 2013 - 09:06 PM

Can I use the upgrade ZurmoUpgrade_1.5.14-2.0.13 to go from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13?

Or do I have to manually upgrade?
