I think I found a workaround. I simply added a field to my form for the duration and this can be SUM'd in a report. Not the best solution, but a workaround none the less...

One feature I would very much like to see in Zurmo is an additional field in a task to register the amount of time I have spent to complete the task.


This can then be used in the Reporting tool and make things much easier in terms of billing my customers as I have an easy way to check how much I spent on them.


I'm sure I am not the first person asking for this - is there something like this in the pipeline or an add-on of some sort which will give me this feature?

#5511 (Archive) Emails not visible (unless using super user)

I have configured Email Archiving (using the super account) and have this working nicely.


Using the account super, I am able to see my archive emails for a contact. When logging in with an ordinary user (my own which I want to use for normal usage), I do not see the archive emails.


I have ensured that the filtering is set to show Everyone and Activities is set to All.


Can anyone explain to me why I am not seeing my emails?


(Also - the target email address of the archive email is linked to the above user with which I cannot see the archive emails!)

Managed to fix the problem. It was as I suspected all along, but unfortunately none of the BlueHost support guys could help me... The cron job was indeed referencing the wrong version of PHP.


This was corrected by using the following command:


/usr/php/54/usr/bin/php -c /home/<username>/public_html/php.ini /home/<username>/public_html/gd-admin/app/protected/commands/zurmoc jobManager super ProcessOutboundEmail 


I hope that this will help other people as well.

I am trying to set up Cron jobs for JobManager to run the Email Archive and ProcessOutboundEmailJob jobs. These jobs however are failing.


I have applied the instructions explained in http://zurmo.org/wik...up-job-manager, but nothing happens.


When removing the "> /dev/null 2>&1" and having the output of the Cron emailed to me by my hosting provider (BlueHost), I see the following output which is generated by the Cron job:


Status: 500 Internal Server Error
Content-type: text/html


This is very familiar to me since I had issues to install Zurmo as my PHP was running on 5.2 at the time. I corrected this since and it is now running on PHP5.4 and my Zurmo installation is also running fine.


When checking further in the error logs, I found the following in the app/error_log (of Zurmo):


[15-May-2013 23:03:01] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home1/greende4/public_html/gd-admin/app/protected/core/components/WebApplication.php on line 149


The T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM was definitely related to the PHP version, but I do not know how to fix this in the context of the Cron Jobs. I am also unable to run the cron job command (./zurmoc jobManager  super Monitor) either due to the error:
Content-type: text/html
This script must be run from the command line
I have also even updated the .htaccess in the protected folder to include the usage of PHP5.4, but to no avail.
What am I doing wrong here?!?
