You didn't enter correct IMAP/SMTP settings, maybe not correct port, or username/passwords.
Once SMTP/IMAP tests pass, you can set cronjob.

Run updateSchema via command line. You are missing a new table emailMessage_read

Hey Jason,

How to Run UpdateSchema?

I guess its located in app/protected/commands UpdateSchemaCommand.php Rite

and it should be executed as /home/nemondo/public_html/crm/app/protected/commands/UpdateSchemaCommand.php command Line

I did that

But it gave me this error

I would suggest you to go to commands folder, and then to execute zurmoc commands, for example:
cd /home/nemondo/public_html/crm/app/protected/commands/
./zurmoc jobManager super ClearSentNotificationsEmail

I saw that you used root user to run cronjobs, I think it might cause some issue with file permissions, so I suggest you to run cronjobs as regular user(not sure if 'nemodo' is user on system, or just home folder for another username).

I just checked the Email Settings as well,
When the Settings are correct, the test mail function just keeps on rotating but doesnt executes the mail sending function

Is that a Bug or something is going wrong with the setting

The same setting works fine with Outlook Thunderbird and Sugar CRM
pls chk

The IMAP Settings still not working

I will continue to use Webmail Settings, now dropping Gmail

but webmail is also not working

I have a dedicated server specially for Zurmo

If there are any other settings, pls let me knw so that i can tweak the server as per the need.
But i need to get it on.
Taking too much time on my end to configure this awesome CRM
I dont want to wait more to get started with Zurmo

Have you installed IMAP with SSL support php extension.
Also I suggest you to try first to set IMAP and SMTP settings via admin area, and click on Test button, to ensure that everything is working. Once you make it working, you can try to setup email archiving cron jobs.

I dont have SSL certificates installed so is IMAP with SSL required?
I am trying to set IMAP and SMTP Settings from Admin Area, but thats not been a successful attempt.

I have not initiated any unit tests for Zurmo on my Server,
Do i have to do that?
If yes then, this is my path /crm/app/protected/tests/unit
so how to execute it via command line

You should run unit test to ensure thtat everything is working fin on your server. You have wiki article how to run unit tests.

About imap, you can use some servers that do not require ssl, but the most server does. If you have dedicated server, you can install IMAP extension with SSL support(however maybe you will need to complile PHP depending on linux distribution you are using)

I have installed Zurmo in Bluehost Shared Server [Version-stable-3.1.1.7b482704bc58]. Everything is running fantastic. Test email and user to user email is working fine. But i am unable to set out marketing campaign email. As my job manager>Outbound Email Job is idle. tried to set cron job in bluehost, "public_html/crm/dcrm/app/protected/commands && ./zurmoc jobManager super ProcessOutboundEmail &> /dev/null". No luck with it. job manager>Outbound Email Job is still showing idle. Can you suggest me how to make it run in order to send campaign emails?
