How do I delete a user?

You cannot delete a user from the system in the user interface because there may be existing records that are Owned, Modified, or Edited by the user. However, you can deactivate an existing user so they can no longer access the system.

To deactivate a user:

  1. Click on the Admin link.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Find the user you wish to deactivate and click Edit.
  4. Set the status to ‘Inactive’ and click Save.
